About Talent Productions

Talent Productions provides event planning, keynote speakers, comedians, variety entertainers, musical acts, and celebrity tribute acts nationwide. With more than 30 years of experience, Talent Productions also offers theme shows, and over 60 different keynote speaker topics. Talent Productions specializes in corporate and convention talent services. Besides performance options, corporate training presentations can be customized for your group and cover a variety of topics for half-day or multiple-day seminars. Many trade show options are also available.

Regional entertainment options include live bands, DJs, and on-site entertainment such as GameShow Mania, keepsake caricature artists, and strolling entertainers. Social and dinner-hour entertainment can include jazz combos, string quartets, instrumental duos, keyboard artists, and more.

Larry Olson, the president of Talent Productions, has been producing events and managing artists as well as serving on the boards of numerous arts organizations since 1978.

Larry's event planning and producing background began in college as a coffeehouse coordinator, concert program chairman, and chairman of freshman orientation. Following college, he served on the board of directors of two dance companies and three regional arts groups. Larry was also the assistant arts curriculum coordinator for K-12 schools in the state of North Dakota.

In 1980, Larry was elected to the board of the International Jugglers' Association (IJA), an international organization for variety arts performers. He served on IJA's Board of Directors for four years, and was elected vice president twice. Three times he was named a judge for the IJA's US Nationals competition. Larry served as chairman of the 33rd Annual IJA Convention, and was the media coordinator for the 46th Annual event. More recently he served on the site selection committee for the 2008 festival.

Talent Productions provides entertainers and keynote speakers nationwide plus many additional regional options in the Upper Midwest. Talent Productions is a charter member of the International Association of Talent Agents and Producers along with being a member of numerous regional chambers of commerce.
